AO API Connectors
AO Campaign has a set of API Connectors for widely used suppliers of inventory, product data and content and image banks.
Additional API Connectors are being added on a regular basis as various suppliers enter the market or merge with other content and data banks.
AO xml bulkloader
There are various product inventory, data and content aggregators who merge several data sources (product types) into one unified stream but whose contents still consist of variable schemas or data structures. These have to be received and disassembled before they can be incorporated into a unified AO Campaign structure and each given their appropriate structure and attributes and have the relevant business rules for each applied to them.
AO XML BulkLoader enables these aggregated supplier streams to be analysed, separated, imported and treated according to their product and data types accordingly within the central master data repository.
AO Contract & AO Product Information Forms (AO PIF)
Product contract PDF forms that combine both content, data fields and pricing can be generated from the AO Campaign database. The forms contain all drop down and helper menus, respecting the main database schema and data formats.
The completed PDFs are saved and returned to the data quality gatekeeper who checks and re-submits the data / content in the forms back into the appropriate systems / databases.
The forms can be re-generated in subsequent years, at the time of re-contracting, complete with the existing approved product data and content. If product data is updated during the year then the forms are re-created with all the latest product changes as well, meaning that minimal editing will be required for re-contracting.
Some key advantages of PDF contract forms are:
- on or off-line form completion
- simplified, single keying for data entry
- clean data entry enabled with drop-down and helper
- automatic re-direction of data to various sub-systems
e.g. inventory, pricing, marketing
- subsequent years re-contracting made easier and
