Standard AO Service Level Agreement
With worldwide support staff and offices, any hours of support can be covered for the customer: From: 5 days / week 08:30 - 17:30 To: 24 / 7 / 365 Other AO Services:
- Maintenance, development and training users in the use of scripts and other customisation tools - Development of data exports for specialised datamarts, archiving, on-line applications or for data transfer to other systems - Creation and maintenance of templates, formats, master pages for ePrint, print, on-line modules and advertising templates - Train-the-trainer programs for users and system administration personnel - New database structure creation - Database population (for new database structures) |
Also included with Support Agreements
With an AO Support & Maintenance agreement in place customers receive: All software upgrades for purchased AO Campaign applications and modules. Telephone and / or on-line support for: - Technical server, software or system issues - Application issues related to the database, the software or the system |
